The Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail is a spectacular outdoor venue that seats 1,260 guests in covered seating and an additional 1,300 on its expansive grassy hillside with a breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains.

Gates to the venue open one hour prior to showtime. Lawn seating available on a first come-first served basis. The Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is fully ADA compliant and provides special accommodations for those with limited mobility. Concessions with food and alcohol sales are available at the facility. Picnics and commercially sealed non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Each summer, the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater plays host to an array of cultural and entertainment offerings, ranging from internationally renowned dance and classical music presentations, courtesy of the Vail International Dance Festival and the Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival, to the free weekly concerts of the Bud Light Hot Summer Nights series. In addition, local chorale and theater presentations annually grace the Amphitheater stage, while headlining concerts round out the summer calendar.
