Red Bull Tour Bus Stop Featuring DJ Spider
This year Winter Park Resort and Red Bull have teamed together to get the Red Bull Tour Bus to come up to the mountains for our closing weekend! On Saturday, April 21, the Red Bull Tour Bus is pulling into Winter Park Resort with DJ Spider, and is going to play a four hour set in West Portal Plaza, from noon to 4pm.
DJ Spider’s Bio: DJ Spider’s unique style is apparent no matter where you hear him DJ. Though his roots stem from a deep love for hip-hop, Spider has cultivated his sound to include an eclectic mix of cuts that transgress nearly every genre of music. There are no limits to his sound, he is guaranteed to rock the party playing hip-hop, house, rock, pop, soul, funk, reggae, electro and more.

To get to Winter Park Resort from all points around the Denver area, find your way to I-70 heading West out of Denver. Follow I-70 West approximately 40 miles to Exit 232 to Winter Park, Empire and Granby. Follow Exit 232 onto Hwy 40 which will take you over Berthoud Pass (great photo ops) and to Winter Park. Mileage from Exit 232 to Winter Park is approximately 24 miles. Total mileage from Denver is 67 miles.
Hours of Operation
Winter
Lifts open at 9am weekdays and 8:30am weekends and holidays. Most Lifts close at 4pm; however, both the Panoramic Express and the Pioneer Express close at 3pm. Trails may open or close during the day. Check out the status on-mountain if you are unsure.
Summer
Winter Park Resort’s summer hours of operation are 10am through 5:30pm, 7 days a week, from June 14 through September 1, 2008 (Labor Day). Ticket windows open at 9:30am. The Zephyr Express Chairlift closes at 5pm, while other activities close at 5:30pm.
